absolutely average stay, with some traffic noise that, strangely, I had to deal with while trying to enjoy breakfast. Funny how I woudl ve been grateful for a complimentary upgrade, but I guess that’s not how they roll here. almost thought, after a good review, but it's just a blatant letdown.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town, and it had convenient parking. A minor drawback was the potential for traffic noise if you're in a front-facing room. Early morning light could be bothersome for light sleepers. But overall, the welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful amenities made the stay memorable.

If you're in a front-facing room, traffic noise can be a nuisance. The early morning light sneaks through the blinds even with the roller blind down, which might be an issue for those who like to sleep in. Not to mention the chirping pigeons if you're on the second floor can add an unexpected wake-up call. Not ideal if you're after absolute peace.

It was just a strong match for a brief weekend stay in Rye with incredible value for money. The room had a smart TV that was a nice touch, especially after we figured it out with a little help! Close the windows at night to avoid noise from the road outside.

We had such a fantastic experience at this place. The homemade breakfast was a game-changer! Javed really goes above and beyond to cater for everyone, including us vegetarians who enjoyed the separate cooking process.

magnolia house is legit a gem! the hosts javed and judith were super welcoming and fun to chat with. the room was spacious and warm. The huge bed was super comfy. breakfast was off the charts with choices like pancakes, eggs benedict, and even options for vegans. it's like a 5-10 min walk to town and parking is easy peasy.

only downside was that we didn't wanna leave!.
